      ******** customer service and owner(s). My property manager uses this company for many of her properties that she manages. The Lockster completed a re-key and needed payment for services. I attempted to call to make payment over the phone, left a voicemail for someone to return the call so I could pay. The owner lied and stated he completed the work in December and had been waiting 4 months for payment. When in fact he just completed the work in February, because as the owner I had keys from the previous tenant. He was argumentative, aggressive in his tone and manner when speaking to me. I was calling to take care of the $94 bill and he continued to berate me during the phone conversation. I mentioned his tone and he didn't care. I just wanted to pay him and be done. He told me "$94 wasn't going to make or break him." So, I asked again for the second time "Do you want me to make the payment or not?" He said "no", so I disconnected the call. His wife who was initially on the phone feigned ignorance as to what I was talking about and ***** ****** took over he call. The way he communicated with me was harsh, aggressive and unacceptable. He had the ******** to report to the property manager he would not be going back to any of my properties as if he had a choice. I don't want him back on them, otherwise I will be pressing charges for trespassing.
