    Main concern is the company financial gain. Invested in risky REITs although I told ***** I was a conservative investor. As a result I lost half my investment.

    I have been with McAdams Group for close to 20 years. I have never had a problem with anything. ******************* is responsible, trustworthy, knowledgeable and makes sure that I totally understand everything that is being done. **** is an amazing man. He not only does my investments and my taxes here in the ****** but also took care of them while we were overseas. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone.

    This is the second time that *** used them and both times they have done nothing to help me and did not do what I came in and paid and asked for them to do. I was pressured in to go again. I was a special case because not only Im in the victim of identity theft I also had a situation when I was married that my husband filed single so it left me owing over 5000. The first time I went in I tried to use them I paid quite a bit of money and told them i had ID theft problems. Waiting and waiting, 8 months later I finally called because I never got a refund I never even got a letter. My taxes got rejected and they failed to call me and let me know. They knew I was already not happy with the service I had but got pressured into going with them a second time but supposedly they got a new guy named ***************** that was supposed to help me with this situation. My friend dad used to work for the *** so he gave me some advice to file for the fresh start program. The second I went in his office I told him I needed the fresh start program before we went over anything! I told him my problem and he knew what I needed and agreed to it. He did not do what I paid him to do and just E-filed after I told him over and over. When I asked about it he didnt even acknowledge my message.

    My father in law passed. Weve called numerous times for help. We live out of state and want to move our portion to the firm where we live. Ive called many times with no call back then this morning was told for any help they will charge us $150/hr. Do you want that firm handling your money? We were told in the beginning they would give us any help we needed. I would never use them especially if this is how they would treat my grieving family.
