    To whom this may concern,
    I not sure where to start so I am hoping you can help. My family stayed at Richland Inn Columbia. I have tried reaching out to them several times about our stay and there are not answering. Our stay there was horrible, and we tried getting some kind of a refund. We stayed in two of the rooms and they were so bad we slept in our clothes. We asked for another room. He said they didn't have any. We was late at night and all the motels in the area were full. There was mold in the room, beer bottles in one room, blood on a lamp shade, the phone was so bad, the knobs on the air conditioner were wore off, candy wrappers on the floor, one whole wall the outlets didn't work, one wall the outlet had burn marks on it also no outlet cover, burn marks on the bathroom sink and bathtub, The top mattress was larger than the bottom one so it hung over the box springs. When my travel sight contacted them, they said they checked the rooms and Said they were fine. :-( I took pictures and they were not fine. I hope you can help me. Our room was #123 our son's room was #211. I sent pictures to the travel sight I booked thru. They could not believe how bad it was!
