      Advantage has been managing most of our rental properties for the last 5 years. We had given 2 of our properties to another local manager who severely neglected the buildings and put us in a tough position. Without missing a beat, Advantage jumped in on short notice and took over management right away. We instantly saw improvement in the properties and had clarity into the problems. The level of attention, care, communication, and dedication Advantage provides to both owners and tenants is top notch. They have a deep understanding of the market and the importance of happy tenants. The team works together towards a common goal and truly gets it on what it takes to successfully care for someones home and/or investment.       This was my first time renting a house, so I was really unsure of the whole process. Once I saw this home.. I immediately fell in love with it and I reached out for a tour. *********************** gave me a great tour.. she was attentive and very honest with me about the process. *********************** and the staff in the ************ office was fast and friendly and made this transition amazing! *********************** kept in contact with me throughout the application process and Congratulated me when we got approved???? We moved in our new home on June 1 and have settled in perfectly! I am so happy I went with this company and I was able to meet ***********************! My son has a back yard to run and play and I have more space that I desperately needed! If you have been staying in apartments and decide to rent a home.. I highly recommend Advantage Property Management????

      I will honestly say this rental company is in my top three in the city of *******. The initial process was straight forward and simple. Their property maintenance team is amazing and prompt. I truly have no complaints. My kids and I are greatly appreciative of them. I want to give a special thanks to ******* for her knowledge and motivation in getting me a rental property. Last but not least they are also a Veteran Friendly rental company.

      This is long overdue. I wanted to shoutout ******* at Advantage for being the absolute best during my move to *********. She was very responsive throughout the approval process and made what seemed like a lengthy process to a pleasant experience when all was said and done. Her work ethic to ensure I was taken care of and in the home that I wanted was absolutely *************** wasnt like other agents Ive dealt with in other encounters where they look at you as a number- no care or compassion. She was an ************ and because of her alone, I would recommend Advantage. Keep these great tenant relationships going- it will only build into a great reputation.

      Advantage Property Management has been good and very understanding with me. I thank God for them, this company is so kind and patient they will go above and beyond for you. They will work with you and they have an on call maintenance crew I love that, I am never without and I have absolute faith in this company. If youre looking for a good home with great service, then look no further. I didnt have the best credit score and they still chose to work with me, They didn't deny or push me to the side. I am forever thankful and grateful for everything Advantage Property Management does.
