Choates service technician, *******, arrived on time and did a very thorough job of investigating the drip under our sink. He reported the origin of the leak and offered three fixes for the problem. ******* was professional, polite and thorough in assessing the situation. I had my air conditioner serviced by Choates today and the service tech that was assigned to me was very proficient in his job duties as well as professional in every way. He did not hesitate to explain and answer any questions or concerns that I might have. He also explained to me any future discounts that I might qualify for. I have a maintenance agreement with Choates for my home AC and heating units at my home. ****** *** was the Choates technician who came to my home May 2nd to perform the maintenance and cleaning on my AC units. I was very impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable ****** was in servicing my AC units. In addition he was professional and respectful to me which is often not your experience today from people of his young age. I highly recommend Choates for your home AC and heating units, and you should ask for ****** *** for your technician. ******* **** was the tech who came to my house for a two unit tune up. My first impressions were very positive. ******* arrived right on time, and he stood back away from the door after he knocked. He was very polite and confident, explaining exactly what he was going to be doing while he was there.He did a great job and went above the call of duty, spending extra time cleaning both of our units outside. Inside our house he was very respectful, taking care to put his boot covers on so not to track up the house and making sure to clean up afterwards.I would highly recommend ******* **** if asked.
