    I own and operate a Non Profit Organization ********** **** out of Cleveland TN. We raise money for the fight against cancer on the first Saturday in November of every year through a Bicycle Show. Over the past 12 years we have grown into one of the largest bicycle shows east of the Mississippi River. We have had people come as far away as Singapore. We were even featured with a 8 page spread in a Bicycle Magazine. We ordered shirts back in March from Carroll Printing and they were picked up in April of 2024 at a cost of $2,684.69. My brother and I started wearing these shirts to promote the upcoming show. just within a few months the ink started coming off the shirts with less than a dozen washings of the shirts? We contacted Carroll Printing Hoping for a resolution. The Owner Tasha S******* explained it was our problem and that there was nothing they could do. I tried to explain we had ordered shirts from them over the last 12 years and on the two occasions I spoke with her I was wearing shirts from previous years. The first time I was wearing one from 2023 and the second time I was wearing one from 2016 that still looked new and how could it be our problem. My brother and I live separately with different washing machines and we both had the same problem. How could it be something we did wrong? I even left the shirts with them for 7 days to examine and after the 7 days they still would not take responsibility. They took $2,684.39 away from us with no remorse and to a Non Profit organization that is a lot of money! Now I am stuck with shirts that I can only try to sale after explaining the shirts are defective. This will leave a very bad impression on our show selling defective shirts, but what can I do? I am stunned, I am shocked at their response to their product.they sold me. I have learned a very expensive lesson and can only hope and pray that others do not have the same experience that I had with Tasha S******* and Carroll Printing .

    Hello David, We thank you for being a customer for many years. At Carroll Printing Company, we pride ourselves on quality, customer satisfaction, and expertise of over 72 years in printing. We have reprinted your shirts for free previously. When I asked you if you follow our recommended washing instructions, you answered "no". I supplied you with a print out of our recommended washing instructions, and you again stated you do not wash your clothes in cold water or inside out, as recommended for product longevity. As I explained when we spoke, we are using the same machines, same ink, and even have the same employee making your shirts as we have for years. Despite nothing in our process changing, we have previously reprinted shirts for you for free. The Gildan T-shirt you brought to us this week had been highly used and washed. It included a Gildan garment tag with fraying in it, peels all over the garment, and fading of the black t-shirt material. While the Gildan Ultra Cotton shirt you choose is not top-of-the-line, we would consider ourselves very familiar with how it washes and wears. The Gildan shirt you provided appears to be highly used, which we have documented with photos. It was for this reason, combined with your aggressive approach toward multiple of our staff members over the years, that we chose not to reprint for free for you for a second time.
