      NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I received awful customer service when I called to voice my concerns about our unfinished move. After MANY unreturned calls and unresolved issues, I had to call my husband home from an Army Station 4 hours away to help me finish the move. Lack of communication on the day of the move resulted in missed items left in the home AND a mess of packing supplies left spread about by the movers. The movers themselves were very personable but missed KEY instructions about the move. I thought I was going to be taken care of since I was left to finish the move by myself but ended up with a ton of work to do that I couldn't accomplish by myself. I hired a packing and moving service for a reason and paid a HEFTY price for it but was left hanging high and dry. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is depending on a service to deliver what they say.

      As a company, we work hard to provide excellent service, from start to finish. We are a reputable company that takes care of our clients, and work to correct any issue for which we are responsible. Moves go smoothly when the customer is present and available to answer questions and confirm satisfactory work at each stage.

      We agree communication is key and are proactive in this area from estimate through end of move, and beyond when necessary.
      On both days, after giving initial instructions you were not present to confirm key portions of your move. Multiple calls were placed before their phone calls were answered or returned.

       On the day of packing, when our team prepared to do its required walk-through with you to ensure all items in need of packing were packed, you were not present and unreachable via phone. They called in for authorization to leave, which was granted after a period of 30 minutes of no contact with the customer had expired. Packing supplies were left in case there were more items to pack once our team returned to load items the next morning.

      On the day of your move, you were not present beyond the morning walk-through, and our team had difficulty reaching you via phone when they had a question or information to share with you. Our team followed the instructions provided to them, and items left were due to their inability to reach you for clarification.  Had you been present or available, we could have clarified any issue during the move.
