    I ordered a bundle from them, and only two of the lighters worked. They say on the website and ads that they will replace any broken lighters, but that seems to be a lie. It took a month to get the lighters, and when I used one of them, it cut me. They did not care that their product injured me. I have contacted them multiple times for refunds or replacements, but the only response I got back was a question for which lighters didn't work. This place is acting like it is a scam, and they have given me nothing to believe otherwise. This has been a terrible experience that cost us over $100.

    I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered from them and it took a month for me to get a shipping notification saying USPS is waiting for the items. It's been another month and no update from USPS. I contacted them by email like 5 times and the only response I got was the first 3 sent me ads after I contacted then. The 4th said he will contact a manager and keep me updated and nothing since. I contacted again saying I'm filing with BBB and I didn't even get a response this time.
