      I have stopped taking clothes to this Dry Cleaners because of lack of care given to my clothes. They are constantly leaving stains and then send a note they can not get a certain spot out. They did this to a shirt of my husbands and I could tell it was some kind of cleaning solution. I washed the shirt and the so called stain was gone. They have more than one time lost my husbands expensive white shirts and one time they kept his expensive white shirt from ******** and gave him a **** ***** ******** Shirt that was old even wore out. They lost one of my suits one time but of course they deny ever losing anything and deny ever making any kind of mistake. Ive had it! Clothes are expensive for a dry cleaner to constantly over the years make mistakes about my clothing. So Ive started using another dry cleaners and I am hoping for more reliable care. In my opinion some of these mistakes are deliberate and are not a mistake at all , but theft. They've Never yet over the years lost or misplaced a cheaper brand of clothing. Its always something we paid a lot of money for. But I can't prove that and they know that. So I give them a failing grade!
