"have been harassed by Winn Smiles with letters, text messages and calls trying to collect more money after mistake they've made on their part with treatment plan and when I tried to go and talk to person in charge of billing was told (Lexi) she was in a "meeting" only to see her walk by (Michelle) very unprofessional and especially when I had proof provided with me which was my ordinal copy of their treatment plan and all my receipts paid in full. letters received from them was told balance paid did not cover the quote from insurance when THEY were the ones to contact my insurance to get quote and balance owed and since moving to new office which was also NEVER told until notices of bill to collect was sent out and had to contact them directly several times before having to address issue in person at their new location." ...
