    JSR did extensive work for us under very difficult conditions. There was damage to our condo unit that came from the adjacent unit that was a condition of neglect due to residents being handicapped and in bad health conditions. JSR was very resourceful in dealing with the individuals while at the same time making sure both units were repaired in an acceptable manner. We were required to move out for a time as we needed complete flooring and a wall rebuilt. The unit from which the damage originated needed flooring, walls, complete cabinet installed and all new appliances plus many dumpsters of material that had accumulated over several years. They treated all parties with respect and dignity as they were dealing with very unhealthy environments. Ms Jordan and her employees were fantastic to work with as they were asked to perform a large amounts of duties. I highly recommend this company for renovation and clean up.
