      I was told by the man who came out to my house today to provide termite inspection services that it was disrespectful to have him wait on me. He told my husband he would be here between 8am and 10am and he shows up at 10:43am while I am trying to work from home. When I pointed this fact out to him, he becomes very condescending and says we can reschedule. I told him he would not be providing any service that I would be paying for today. I told him to leave my property and he just stands there. I asked for his name and he told me he owned the company. He offered his card but I elected not to take it. No customer should have to put up with a business that doesn't respect the people who allow them to stay in business. He should've apologized for being late in the first place but saying I was disrespectful is not how a business should speak to customers. Awful customer experience.

      paid them quarterly for around 3/4 years while i lived out of state. moved back last week and still have a roach infestation! when I called to notify and complain, no apology was given and no refunds either. they also lie and say they show up when they don't and then still charge you and them try to add an additional no show fee. stay away from them!!!! I basically was just donating my hard earned money to them. disgusting
