I dealt with Mainstram on a previous home in Clarksville I owned with good results. Even though they installed too small of a system on the second floor in that home due to a miscalculation, they made it right by taking it out and installing the properly sized system. I was impressed!
I have since moved to Kentucky and had an old *** split system in this house. After 3 installers in Kentucky would either not return my calls for a quote, or called back but never provided a quote, I called on Mainstream to help even though I was initially told they did not service this area in most cases. No problem, AJ called me back and did not disappoint, Not only did he remember me from the Clarksville install, he saved my bacon by providing exactly what I asked for: A dual fuel heat pump. It was a tough install on a very hot day for the Mainstream team, but they knocked it out and the new system is working GREAT.Review fromsylvia c.

Mediocre customer service, post instilation of New HVAC. Unit instaled
on July 1, 2022. not adequately cooling home, cold air escaping into the atmosphere outside of home, with excessive condensation on unit's housing. Technicians revisited home multiple times (6) post install, although the unit has been dismantled and manipulated each time, the
company claims/reported to finance company(financed through the main stream company) that there were no issues identified/customer error.
I've since requested an independent contractor preferably from manufacturer to evaluate the HVAC unit; given the $$$$ cost, handling of unit, and possible breech of warranty contract.
Today I am yet to receive a satisfactory response from this company in regards to my concerns.
"I am having trouble getting them to come. Since the unit is performing and it is condensation on the outside, they arw pushing back. Am working my way up their chain of command"

Wonderful company! Friendly and educated. Quality service and reasonably priced! What's not to like! I have recommended this company to several of my friends. They are now the ones I use for my own home as well as my rental. You cannot go wrong here!
