"We purchased a couch/loveseat from FF about 7 years ago in faux leather, and at the time of buying it, were not told at all that in about 6-7 years it would start to peel and shred, otherwise there is no way we would have bought it and would have reverted back to a fabric suite as we know genuine leather is far more expensive. Well fast forward to a year ago, it started to do just that, so we went back into the store with pics and was told someone would call us back, and that is when we found out from the person there, that this does happen after a few years." ...
