    Profiled my daughter on her looks and called police with no evidence. Police officer knew she didnt steal anything when he saw how much she spent. We spent 2 hours in the horrible overpriced store full of junk. If we were going to steal we would not have spent so long. Completely lacking in common sense. Manager never said she was sorry. So no common sense and no character. Completely embarrassed my sweet daughter and upset my elderly mother. No one should shop at a store with not one employee with diversity training. Absolutely should not call the police unless certain of foul play. I will never patronize them again as well as my mother and poor daughter. Not only that but left out and item from her bag she paid for. Who exactly is the thief?

    ** *******, We remain firm as we have previously stated in email and on the multiple ****** reviews that you have submitted. At Miss Lucille’s Marketplace, we take shoplifting very seriously. Our vendors are the heart and soul of our business. We will do everything in our power to protect them, our staff, and our customers to make sure Miss Lucille’s is a safe and enjoyable experience for our community. We work closely with local law enforcement when matters warrant police intervention. Bottom line, theft is NOT tolerated at Miss Lucille’s Marketplace or any of our other establishments. Our security team spent the morning after the incident interviewing our team and reviewing your parties' actions while in the store. During their review of our surveillance footage, when the police arrived, your party is seen on camera covertly moving items from the backpack in question to another party member's retail bag after the point of their purchase. We stand behind the actions of our staff and management; all information and security footage has been handed over to the police. The security footage explained why the merchandise was not in the backpack that was shown to the officer. This officer has since seen the footage and confirmed this in his report. I have sent you the police report # in email. I hope you find this satisfies your understanding for our actions.

    I remain firm in my belief that you profiled us- Diversity training is needed at your store. Believe me i will be telling everyone i know. Why would we steal when the police arrived. So ridiculous. Do you hear yourself? Innocent until proven guilty. The police did not question us or see us do this. He was standing there. Are we stupid? We didnt know he wouldnt ask to see everyone's bag. Why wouldnt he if we were believed to be stealing. You are making up stuff for your bad behavior. They did not ask to see our bags. Or take our names or pat us down or arrest us. This became a customer service issue the second the police talked to us and found NOTHING!!!!!!! They knew good and well we did not do it. Quit calling me a thief. I remain firm that you are bad people- An apology is needed.You are lacking in common sense. We stole with the police standing there and about 5 employees? What in the world. You just continue with nonsense. Why would i give you my name if i did anything wrong. I would make sure you didnt know who i was if i commited a crime. I cant believe how horrible you are- lacking in character. When you are wrong admit it - take ownership. In this country you are innocent until proven guilty!!!! The officer knows this as well. If you are pressuring him so you dont get sued that is on you and we would have gladly showed him our bags. He should have asked and my mother who had the biggest bag offered to show it to him. I have a first amendment right to have free speech and you are trying to intimidate me and take my voice because of your lack of character. You made a mistake- Admit it and move on like a grown up. My elderly mother stole? Seriously!! If i meet one of your vendors you had better believe i will tell them who you are. You are taking money from their pockets. We spent between us $100- we will never be back. I dont even want to go to the ***** in your parking you have left such a bad taste in my mouth. Im telling everyone i meet. You are the worst kind of people. An apology would have went a long way.
