      Mountain view property management is also Target Property Management. Both are under this John Ross Rd address. Mr. Juergene M**********r is the owner of ** *** **** ***, rossville ga. My home is right next door. There are 3 evasive large trees on his fence property line. All 3 trees are documented by EPB and a tree service I inquired to about. These trees must be more than 50 feet from a dwelling because they seek out water. I have tried to contact Mr. M*********** to see what can be done in a civil matter. So far because of his wierdo tenants calling the East ridge sherriff of their complaint that we blew 4 leaves in their yard and they said we put poison against the fence, (diamataceous earth) words were exchanged with him and my husband . Basically, this owner is not a civil person, and he is belligerent. His renters are the same. I pay too much, and I work too much to be yelled at and having the sherriff called on us for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The right to enjoy my property is being infringed upon and it continues to this day. A civil suit may be in order.

      This is not a legitimate complaint. There are some healthy trees on our property that have been there for decades. EPB, the sheriff's department and an arborist all confirmed that they are healthy and do not need to be cut down. They are harassing our tenant's needlessly when they have always lived there peacefully. We are okay with the trees being removed at their expense. We do not feel that it is necessary to waste money on perfectly healthy trees. Also the trees were there before they bought the property. They should have considered the trees before purchasing their property.
