"rents out houses and apartments that are in poor areas and in poor condition, often charging unfairly high rents. I’ve made several maintenance requests none have been met yet, no exaggeration they have supposedly fixed my “plumbing” over 15 times and it’s still a constant plumbing issue an issue w pest and rodents as well… They won’t accommodate in any type of way all they care about is money… money is there main mission and motive for this company they don’t treat tenants with any type of respect nor dignity and they jack up the price of the rent anytime they get a chance."
