      The customer service with the cemetery on Shallowford road is nonexistent. We had a family member die last January. When it was time for the funeral/ entombment there were NO assistance for the situation at hand. His son and son in law had to lift the casket into the space. No help from the cemetery. Along with that with many reminders there has been no plaque placed on his mausoleum spot to date. There is also a vase that has not been placed. Lakewood Memory Gardens East **** ********
