"We purchased an Elevator in February of 2022 from REMI ( our first installment payment) due to my cancer diagnosis and the amount steps I climb to reach our top floor residence. From the start there were problems, which included lack of return return calls, emails or texts' , as well as extended time to verify our required diagram/information approval and establishing a delivery date, which we told on several times, it would be "soon"." ...
