    Originally I had only left a negative review on google. He tried to pay me to remove the review, but I don't do bribes. Because of that, the owner stalked my google profile location history. Tricked me into giving him my personal address under the pretense of giving me a refund, and publicly doxxed my phone number/email on my google review. The negative review was for a few reasons: 1. He didn't properly put the PC back together, then blamed it on "the car ride home" or something. 2. PC was returned with cat hair inside it 3. Incorrectly diagnosed the issue which led me to waste money buying new parts. His reply on google also linked to another website, where he more or less wrote an "essay" that was a personal attack on me and filled with dishonesty. I also replied to that "essay" to clear up anything, but he deletes my reply so no one can see it. So it is obvious he doesn't want people seeing the truth. Then the last thing he did was dox my information by putting my phone number and email in his reply. Right after I left the negative review, he asked what he could do to make it right. So I thought things were going well. I asked for a partial refund and that I would alter the rating to 2 stars (from one) and edit my review to include that he helped make things right. But then he said he would only give me a refund if I removed the review, to which I said no. Then he tried to bribe me to remove the review, then everything went downhill from there. I am leaving this review here as a warning for others against his erratic behavior. Definitely be careful who you give personal information too or trust with your electronics. Best of luck

    Originally he only doxxed my email and phone number, but after I left a review at BBB he started doxxing my full address, my former place of work and some other info. Then he contacted my former employer too. Thankfully my former employer sent me the email so I could have it on record. I had to contact google to have my info removed. He kept posting it. After going back and forth a few times, it seems google made a more permanent intervention. Hopefully it's gone for good. From my personal experience and from looking at other negative reviews for him on google, seems like he just does what ever necessary to get negative reviews removed. Whether by intimidation or trying to pay the customer. If you look at other negative reviews on google, you will notice a pattern of him putting peoples info either in the reply, or in a photo linked in the reply. The other intimidation tactic is trying to discredit what the customer says by demeaning them or lying. Every time google removed his reply, he would repost it with some new story. Claiming I lost my job for harassing him or I won’t respond. Or claiming I keep posting this review and google removes it. Claiming I tried to extort him and posting partial screen shots that hide where he tried to pay me to remove the review. Not sure if he can reply to this review, but I would take anything he says with a grain of salt. Fortunately, I documented everything, the issue with my pc, proof it wasn't working after he "fixed" it, what the actual issue was with the computer, and the harassment. I honestly can't believe I had to waste so much time on this. I have never had anything like this before. Hopefully this will help someone else. Thanks.

    Was looking for some help because my gaming computer was making some weird noises and I didn't know how to fix it. Robert helped diagnose the issue and helped improve my PCs overall performance by reseating the hard drive in a new location as well. I was also having trouble with my CPU overheating which he also helped to fix. He got me back my PC same day as well which was much quicker than expected. The cost was much less than I expected. Would highly recommend 10/10.

    he has fixed my pc twice! i’m not very tech savvy but each time has helped me tremendously and has been extremely friendly! quick replies! great communication! 10/10 recommend! the first time i contacted him, he responded in minutes. the repair was finished in 30 mins, and he even fixed my lights! low cost repairs for great runtime too!
