    i ordered a coat of arms picture for my husband as a Christmas present in December 0f 2024 and have not received a email or my order. sent them a email and have heard nothing back now i cant even pull up thier website.

    I ordered 2 golf towels around the 22nd of November 2024, cost around 100$. I received an email saying they had received my order and had taken my money. Since then, this 12 Jan 25 and have heard absolutely nothing from them. Have send 4 emails and 1 phone which was answering machine. Should have checked reviews before I order. It appears I'm just out 100%. Don't buy anything from them. Seems somes people have had no problems but alot like me.

    I have paid for a digital file. It has been 3 weeks and have not received any kind of communication from them, just a receipt from a 3rd party company that my credit card was charged. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls to no avail. I really hope that I receive an email shortly with my requested digital file. But I am not holding my breath...
    The only response it seems that people get is ones posted on this forum, so here goes nothing.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!! My husband ordered a gift for me on January 11th of this year. After 3 months and no order received we called and emailed but received no response. After 8 unanswered emails I lodged a case with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Tennessee. Only after this did I receive a response saying they were out of stock of half my order. They gave me a partial refund and said they would ship out the rest. 7 months has now passed since we placed the order and still nothing received. I again emailed Karen R***** 3 separate times and she has chosen not to respond. This woman signs off her emails with "God Bless", portraying a business run with Christian values all whilst stealing money from people. She is a scammer and should not be allowed to operate a business.

    Ordered in February, 2023 and have received no item or any feedback after repeated emails and phone calls. Wish I had checked with The BBB site before ordering. I would assume that they have gone out of business since their social media pages haven't been updated since 2019.

    Following email was sent to customer on 5/6/2023:
    Hello ****,
    Please note that we are very sorry for the extended length of completion time for your order. We have been experiencing supply issues in more than one area. We have had to recently make a change in our matting supplier due to the one we previously used for well over a decade going out of business. This has been a process for which we are truly sorry. The matting needed for the completion of your order is not forgotten. We are guilty of not responding or letting you know in a more timely fashion for which we are truly sorry. Please be assured that the matting is in the works. The paper is literally ordered, adhered to the matt board and cut to custom sizes just for our products because we insist on not changing our style after over 25 years of service. We want to uphold the same style as long as possible for continuity and reliability. I am sorry our response time has not done the same. If we were willing to offer you a discount for your time and trouble would this be satisfactory in addition to the completion of your order as soon as the matting is delivered to us?
    Our standard discount is $10 but what if we offered you a greater discount of 10% which would be $20? We could make other arrangements such as faster shipping service in exchange in place of the $20 as well if you like. Just let us know by responding to this email.

    Do not order from The Tree Maker. You will pay up front and never receive your item. They won’t return your phone calls or emails. I placed an order and paid in full on October 8, 2022 and have not received as of December 21, 2022.

    Order was for two items, custom coat of arms golf balls and custom embroidered coat of arms golf towel, which are completed by two separate suppliers. An honest mistake was made when the embroidered golf towel was assigned to our embroiderer in the midst of peak Christmas season. Instead of assigning that portion of the order and then placing the order in our order status for the gold balls to then be assigned it was left in the Embroidery status. When we received notice of the golf towel being completed and shipped directly to you we simply marked it as shipped and unintentionally left behind the golf ball order. Your full order was refunded with the gift of the embroidered custom coat of arms gold towel that you received by **** Priority Mail Tracking # **** **** **** **** **** ***
