  I am a contractor based out of Murfreesboro. I use R&S Flooring for all my wood floor projects...weather it's just sand and finish or completely new. I use them for all my finished stairs. I also use them for LVP or carpet. My salesman is always Clayton P*******.
  I gave him a shot at a sand and finish project. We met at the job sight, he was very professional and did what he said. The job came out amazing. From that project on Clayton has been my salesman for every job and we have done a lot of work together. All my customers where very happy with Clayton as was I. I wish all of my salesman with different trades where like Clayton. He showed up when he says he will...R&S starts the job when they say they will and the finish by their deadline with no issues. As far as I am concerned Clayton P******* is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with in 42 years! We have been working together on various projects for 5 years now and will have many more to come! If you need any type of flooring done or a really beautiful set of stairs done...do yourself a favor and call R&S Flooring and ask for Clayton P*******.

  I purchased luxury vinyl flooring from R & S and it turned out beautifully! Great product and great installation! Clayton was a pleasure to work with, and really made it an easy process. I would definitely recommend R&S.

  Never use this company did not read the fine print they sub contracted the work out . We had an agreement that the work would be done while I was on vacation they sent guys in who used my microwave and left food and ketchup on my counters also ask them to cut all trim away from my flower beds due to the new black rubber mulch I had they cut it anyway in the flower beds during installation they broke my pedestal on the sink and a corner of a band new desk (never told us ) We returned from vacation seen the biggest mess ever dust everywhere the painting of the trim was not done .Called them that Monday they acted as this was a surprise ( this shows no supervision or any concern of checking the job that I paid in full) they did pay me back for desk and mulch and clean up and at their convenience the painter did come back and did a great job the plumber brought the wrong sink part then returned with the correct one but tore the wall had to get the painter out 2 more times he also fixed 3 holes that the flooring installers made from their metal squares noticed the transition piece going into a room was broken into have been trying 3 times to have this fixed but piece doesn’t match so I will pay someone else to fix this problem. The reason to get this done while on vacation was because my wife works from home so every time I had to get them to return was needing them to be here after 3.30 they would act like that was a big problem.I called to speak to the owner and has never returned my call please use caution using this company
