    8 months ago I purchased a suppressor through range USA *******. After paying $1000 for the suppressor, $200 for the fee, and filling out my section of the form 4, all the manager had to do was sign his name and put the stores address and FFL number and submit the form through ATF eforms. This was on 16 March 2022. Today is 10 November 22 and my form 4 finally came back but it was disapproved because range USA didnt complete their section of the form 4, the just wrote digitally signed R. USAThis is a legal document for the transfer of a national firearms controlled product and they couldnt even be bother to write their full name. Im now out $1200 and my suppressor is sitting in the back of their store. When I went in to talk to the manager the guy behind the counter shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt even know where the forms were kept or how to get to them. I have two more suppressors pending approval and range USA wont even show me their copies of them. Ive attached pictures of the disapproval and the appalling entry they submitted. If this company cant even bother filling out such an important document correctly, imagine what they are doing with the *** applications, firearm forms, and your personal information they make you put down every time they shoot there. Dont shoot here. Dont buy from here. Shop local gun shops that actual care about their customers legal documents and their products. C. A. Hood

    I went to shop for a sig ***** and I was on FaceTime with my fianc. The store manager touched my arm and told I couldnt screen record. I wasnt screen recording and if there is a no phone policy it needs to be displayed and also he should keep his hands to himself. Verbal instructions were sufficient. Also none of the employees even tried to assist me after the incident occurred so I went to bass bro who has sigs for a cheaper price and have excellent customer service.
