The guys at POP A Lock Memphis have come to my rescue more than once. Locked out of my house, my grandaughter's house, and the keys were locked in the car. I have trusted them for almost 10 years. Thank you!

Sunday Sept. 11,2022, I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. I asked the Deacon at my church for assistance. He called Pop A Lock and told them explicitly what I needed - TO GET KEYS FROM THE ****** The man came but could not get into the trunk. He opened the doors and said he could not get into the trunk. He charged $100, which the Deacon paid. When my husband arrived, he promptly paid the Deacon back. They then went to ****** and found a company called Dr. ********* who came ASAP. The man that came was named Mav. He did indeed do what he was hired to do and opened my trunk and retrieved my keys. He told my husband that the guy from Pop A Lock, knowing the year, make and model knew he was not able to open my trunk and had only come to make a fast buck. I immediately called Pop A Lock that same afternoon and told them what happened. A very nice lady answered and told me someone would call me the next day. I didn't get a call. I called back on Wednesday and spoke to a man who was very short with me over the phone. As I was speaking he blurted out, they couldn't get my keys out of the trunk!! When I heard that I began to ask more questions. All of a sudden, without warning, I hear music and then I was disconnected. Of course I called back, got a really nice lady on the phone. I told her EVERYTHING that happened from Sunday to the time I got to her. She assured me someone would call me the next day. I have not heard from anyone. I was charged for a service that was not provided. The Pop A Lock guy knew without question I needed to get into my trunk. I was standing right there when the Deacon told him what I needed. What Pop A Lock should have said was, sorry I can't provide the service you need. Please try reaching out to someone else. I would have done just that. I feel so taken advantage of!!
