    After having my tinted auto windows redone and a raise/lower actuator replaced I picked up the car and later the window fell out of the track into the frame of the drivers side door. The gentleman I was dealing with was a middle aged man named ****. He repaired the window again for the actuator track problem, but it was worse than the last problem when I drove the car a week later and out of town. When I returned I asked to see **** the owner after the mechanic would not let me finish my sentence telling him how it was operating twice. I was a little aggravated but not mad at this point. The mechanic responded I had an attitude. I asked to see ****, but another young man came out. He said he was the owner. Neither person was the original person I talked to in the first time in the shop who said he was the owner and was having trouble getting mechanics. This now is the 3rd time in this shop.This encounter was way out of control with these employees.
