    I do not ever complain but I had to speak the truth about my experience.Let me say Griggs HVAC where very, very nice to me. I paid for a new ******* unit with 10 year parts and labor warranty. They came out and installed. Very professional and kind people. The only issue is the unit needs warranty repairs and Griggs refuses to come make repairs. The problem is this is a ******* unit and you have to be a ******* certified technicians. I can't find anyone to come with the proper certification. I have called and no one will call me back.Like I said, very nice and professional company and people. I just need them to honor the warranty on the unit they installed. That's all I am asking.

    Griggs HVAC has talked with ******************** multiple times about the uneasy situation at his Subway business at *************************************************************. While Griggs HVAC was installing the new condenser on the back of the building on 3/17/2021, one of our vans was broken into and multiple items were stolen. Since then we have gone back a couple of times:
    8/31/2021 Added refrigerant to Front unit
    12/6/2021 Checked heaters, they were doing all they could
    5/4/2022 PMed both units, replaced capacitor and motor on front unit
    8/30/2024 Replaced Warranty capacitor and motor on rear unit
    Each time we go back the situation feels more and more unsafe, Griggs HVAC had to send two guys to do a one man job; one man to watch the van and the other guy to do the job. The last time we went to this job site, the building had razor wire around the perimeter of the roof making it almost impossible to get work done on the roof. When we found they needed a new compressor we asked for security and for someone to remove the razor wire for us. ******************** said he had a police friend that could help. But when we got there no one was there and the razor wire was still in tack, so we pulled off the job. Griggs HVAC cant afford to have security for a job paid for by a warranty claim. This job will already take two men 4 to 5 hours to properly complete and will need to safely get tools and materials from our vans without worry.
     We also like ******************* and think it is unfortunate that his business has become a victim to crime, but we are not willing to put our people in ***** way. That is what we feel we are doing if we dont have security at this location. We have spoken to ******************** multiple times about this and told him we were not comfortable working in that situation. We even recommended another ******* Dealer to him, we thought he might be willing to service his units as he is also a police officer.
