    Home Oasis was hired to install a new pool cover that had not been working and had holes in it. Once installed, we opened the new cover and it tore immediately. They did offer to replace but being a nice person, I saved them about $4,000 and told them to patch it. Once patched we attempted to open again and it would not open. We text and emailed them and asked them to come and fix it. They did not. I then sent a partial payment and told them we would not pay the remaining balance until the cover operated as it is supposed to. They in turn sued us for the remaining balance which has been paid. All we asked was for the cover to work as it should. I want everyone in Eastern South Dakota just how poor their service really is.
