    First off, this facility has not been clean lately. Multiple times the exam table was dirty and the scale they brought out to monitor my cat's weight was not cleaned, there was visible brown stuff on it that could have been fecal matter for all I know.

    Due to the following chain of events I can only conclude that my cats and I caught ringworm from this facility.

    Back in February I had my cat at this facility and he was diagnosed with diabetes, at this time he had no visible scabs or lesions on his body. One week after his first visit, signs of a fungal infection took hold of his ear where they had pricked him with the needles for the blood tests. I brought my concerns about this infection to the vet, and my concerns were disregarded for over a month. It was not until well past a month later, when my other cat and I both caught the infection that it was finally taken seriously and diagnosed as ringworm. They again disregarded my concerns about how this happened. At this time, the only creature in my house that does not have ringworm symptoms is my 3rd cat which has not visited this facility at all recently. This overall experience will have me out of pocket more than $600 and many hours of my time.
