  These people should not be in charge of anyone's finances. My ISA has been sold twice and, each time, the service is significantly worse. Stride is the most recent to acquire my loan. They have asked for the same paperwork every month. That paperwork apparently does not get updated in their system and they reach back out asking for the same details. Month after month. Currently, their internal system is not working and auto pay won't draft. I am manually entering my payment each month. I cannot wait to have this paid off so I don't have to deal with such disorganization involving my finances.

  My Spruce Lending account was sold to Launch Servicing, LLC. In October 2021, I had to edit my autopay to reflect my switch to a different bank. Received email from Spruce Lending/Launch Servicing advising that the change had been made. Voila! Two months later, I receive a notice that a negative comment has been posted to my Experian credit report. The ONLY negative comment. EVER! I have written to both Spruce/Launch and Experian and provided complete documentation. I have worked on this error for 20 months to no avail. These comments by thousands and thousands of "customers" have been ignored by Experian and Spruce/Launch despite Attorneys General of numerous States warning potential victims. I have lost complete faith in the accuracy of credit reports from Experian.

  STAY AWAY FROM LAUNCH Servicing!!!The financer of the solar panels don't inform the consumer that if you need to refinance your house they will not assist in any way making it impossible to refinance with any company. No mortgage company will work with you if they can't be first position on the lien ultimately leaving you stuck in your mortgage while other citizens are able to take advantage of lower interest rates.

  My school canceled my loan so I’ve been waiting on my refund from all the payments I’ve made sad thing is they make you wait 3 months for a refund but will stalk you for your payments my advice is Never take out a loan with them !!!!!! They SUCK!!!

  This company is a joke. After taking over a small personal loan for solar purchased in LV in 2014 this company has not credited any of payments made to them for Dec and Jan since they took over the service of loan. They are impossible to deal with. They call every month saying payment is late and read their script of what to say and how to deal with the problems they have crediting an account. My bank laughed that they needed proof of checks being cashed but did fax to them. After 2 days was told would take 3 or 4 days to Maybe resolve their issues. Every time i talked to them was told to do auto payment on their website site and could resolve any issues going forward. That is not an option I use on any of my bill paying do all through my bank.

  Took a class and cancelled it within in the 30 day time frame and they still are trying to charge the full $2500, tried calling multiple times and no one can tell me any details. I would settle for a set amount but have no way to log into my account with them because none of my emails work.
