      Had randy service my system because it was installed by him originally. So figured it would be a good idea to have him move two heads. We'll I found out that was the biggest mistake I could have made. He showed up with a negative attitude and insisted that I was wrong on the new location which was only 6 ft away from the original location on the same line. He ruined two of our beautiful established exotic plants and tore up our manicured lawn. With no care for others property. He used profanity so neighbors 3 houses away could hear that had small children at play until he was told to either stop or leave. When finished he left the excess dirt that he dug up in piles and on our beautiful lawn with no apology and provided an overwhelming bill and demanded payment in full prior to leaving. I had two other heads I was going to have removed but with how things were going. I decided not to say anything because I will find someone else to complete that job. I personally will not use this company or recommend randy to anyone I know or that asks me for someone to help with their system. I hope no else has to learn an expensive lesson from this company as I did today. ($625)
