    This was the worst experience with a contractor. He gave us a timeline of about 2-3 weeks to finish the projects. It has now been almost 4 months and he still hasn't finished. He doesn't communicate at all. We've had to reach out to him every single time. We now haven't heard from him in over a month. His work is unfinished and sloppy. He's been smoking cigarettes in our home (with 2 babies here). DO NOT hire this contractor. You'll be left feeling like you've been taken advantage of.

    If I could give Alan a zero rating, I would. AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR. He spent 6 months working on various projects in my house. He left holes, scratches and did not deliver on things I paid for. Most disturbing, he worked on my fireplace that the city inspector told me had to be torn down and restarted. I asked Alan for a refund and he said "Just because you want a refund doesn't mean I have to give you a refund." AVOID THIS GUY. HE'S GOING TO LEAVE YOU DISAPPOINTED AND NEEDING A NEW CONTRACTOR TO FIX HIS MISTAKES.
