    I placed my order on 2/23/2024 and I received my order on 3/5/2024. The website was easy to navigate and use. I order two pillows (picture of my cat) for my kids. The company sends an email with the steps of their process. Step 1: to review notes and photos to prep for production. Step 2: sends photos to production Step 3: order moves through handmade 8 step production process (approx 5 days based on current orders)Step 4: carefully packaged and shipped from ******* and they email a tracking number I had NO issues with this company and my kids were thrilled with their pillows. Literally a photo image on the fabric of the pillow. Super soft material and well made. Thanks from *******!

    How do I leave less than one star? I ordered two pillows, got an email from *** saying my address doesn't exist and the pillows had been returned to the sender. Over the last 4 days, I've called them twice, sent them multiple emails, and made comments on their ******** page. They haven't replied to anything. They've completely ghosted me. They took my money, I didn't get anything in return, and they disappeared. They are criminals. Thieves.
