    We purchased a new town home from Signature on June 30th, 2024. Within a month there were roof leaks. Today, September 3rd, the sewer drain in the furnace room backed up and flooded the main floor. The quality and workmanship of this unit is deplorable and just one thing after another. Think twice about buying anything from this company.

    Horrible company. I bought one of their new townhomes 3 years ago. I bought it in the middle of winter when the streets were covered in ice and snow (construction was not complete on that street and it had not been plowed out. The sheet given to me with the floor plan, layout, etc showed a sidewalk on my street. Well, once the unit was finished and all the snow melted, NO sidewalk! A nice place to walk my dogs was my #1 priority in buying a home. The construction quality is rock bottom. My concrete slab in the living room has a huge hump in it. The trim work is atrocious. And the lampposts on my street lean. They were not even installed upright. One of them has about a 10 degree tilt and despite all my requests over the last 15 months, they haven't bothered to fix it. There is no drainage on our street so all the mud, dirt, rocks, broken concrete from their construction work remains in the street. I literally drive my dogs about 3 blocks away every day just to be able to walk on sidewalks. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. They don't care about customers, it's all about making a buck and screw you. I am mailing them off a letter today asking them to fix the lampposts, clean the street, and fix my landscaping they destroyed this summer. We will see what happens. It's sad that this is a brand new subdivision, with people who spent a lot of money to have a decent home, and this is how they treat you. Quite frankly, it's sad I even have to ask them to fix their mistakes.
