This company is terrible. They drained an account for our family leaving us with nothing for our family. I am 100% ok with garnishments through employers where we can still make a living but draining a bank account is ridiculous. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is also soooooo incredibly stupid. I don't know how they sleep at night.

1 star because I had to!! Just got a call, amd the person did not even let me speak!! I should not have debt through these people! I was paying on my hospital bill! The hospital, Sanford Health, sent my debt to collections as I was paying it! I spoke with someone from the collection agency and gave permission to collect so much from my account, they stopped! When I spoke to someone else, at the hospital, they said it was because it wasn't enough!! They were taking it out of the account and stopped on their own!! I have all the paperwork! Now AAA is calling saying I owe, over $900!!! The bill was barely $800 before all the payments!! This is ridiculous!! I have paid, tried paying again, they stopped taking their payments this is not my doing! Why would I now owe, more than the original bill?? They are a horrible company!! Guess I'll have to do the writing thing and send in all documentation!! This is what happens when you play by the rules! They just want more! It should be illegal!!

Gentlemen by the name of Dean with a minnesota phone number called me on behalf of Culligan whom I was in the process of negotiating my final bill with while I was working and when I told him that I was not working he threatened me with an attorney. I called Culligan and they agreed to let me settle the matter with them. I get that it's his job to call about collecting a debt but you're not gonna threaten me simply because I tell you I can't talk because I'm at work I work with customers for a living i can't just drop what I'm doing and talk to you I'd be more than willing to schedule a different time to talk but we didn't get that far he just threatened me with an attorney and hung up. Pretty sure that's not legal but I'm not an attorney so who knows. Maybe I'll get to hear from his

I have an account that AAA Collections is involved with. I make payments to them each month and have wrote notes to AAA Collections asking that they send me a statement each month so I know what my balance is. So far they haven't. Thank You, Barbara Lin F****

When I messaged this business to get a quote, I explained that I'm looking for assistance with debt consolidation. I received a short, curt message back telling me that this is not a service they provide. However, it *is* listed as a provided service according to the BBB description of the business.

They refuse to identify themselves when asked. I asked multiple times what company they were calling from, and they said they did not have to tell me and proceed to hang up on me. they are required to tell me when asked but telling me would be the same as leaving a message and they would not be able to legally call again for a period of time so instead they refuse so they can continue to call and harass you.

We want to work with this consumer; we just need to know who we are talking to to ensure we are not disclosing personal information to the wrong party.

I've I formed them to contact me via mail due to myself being a truck driver and am unable to be on my phone during drives. They ignore my requests and constantly call me and blatantly refuse to contact me via mail. Instead the male on the phone began to become hostile similar to a loan shark. Being on the road constantly is dangerous enough, now they continuously call me and harass me creating an even more dangerous situation. Will be reporting them to DOT since they're aware that they are harassing me while I'm trying to operate large trucks.

A shame there’s no zero stars. Company claims they’ve been sending me letters, haven’t received a single letter. Then today I get a certified letter in the mail from them. I call them trying to figure out what is going and he won’t accept my payment offer even though it’s going to be paid in full within the next couple of months. What a rude p****!

I've been harassed by them for over a year now, regarding an alleged debt that I do not owe. They didn't care that I didn't owe the debt, admitting he just wanted money from me regardless. When finally showing proof of ownership of the alleged debt, the date on the document made it clear that they were harassing me before they even owed the alleged debt.

Don't trust this company. Early 2000's I had a debt. I paid it off. I saved the receipts for years. Over 10 years later they call me claiming I still owe on this debt. I asked to speak to the person who handled the original claim and they said he was no longer there. I asked for proof of debt and all records of payments. They declined. I refused that I owed anymore because I knew for a fact I paid it all off. They continue to call me at ungodly hours. If you ask them who is calling, they refuse to tell you. If you ask what it's concerning, they won't tell you unless you tell them who you are. They become very rude and nasty if you ask for proof and don't bend to their commands. These people are super unprofessional and bully anyone they feel is inferior to them. We get it. You have a job to do. But there's no reason to harass, intimidate, threaten. Downright being nasty and rude.
