      Let's clarify that this second amended contract includes pictures drawn by Mr.  P***** With a payment of $$32,000 which he did not want to relinquish and insisted he would continue the work. The situation is the construction has gone from 3 months stated verbally to 13 months going on 14 and nowhere near concluded as stated on their response. Si I sent a letter to see if they agree. I can send letter which ***** sent which is not very friendly. Yet you will see that this amended letter is showing a $2000 reduction for interior work. Would BBB like if a I send copy of letter sent by ***** and letter sent by me?? 

      All we are requesting is to finish the casita, as per agreed to include the Pergola. They were a little hostile. We are willing to retire the claim if they finish in a reasonable time of 15 days. They want us to retire the claim ad I will not do that until this is resolved. I am willing as well toot receive for compensation on the difference of the 2000 USD since he put a second unit in, and installation work done by my employee. Additional $1300 USD. There is not much left, and he claims the countertops are ready to install but after the countertops there is much more work, he needs to complete to include the Pergola presented in the drawing. I will only then retire and change my comments to increase his workmanship to 5 stars....I can **** forward their response and ours if needed
