Dear *******
This is in response to your complaint regarding your fraudulent
application claim on the First PREMIER Bank credit card accounts ending in ****
and ****.
We recently responded to
your concerns through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on April 22.
Attached is a copy of our response.
Your fraud claims have been investigated multiple times, and you are
liable for these accounts. Unless you have new information for us to consider,
our position will not change.
To ensure fairness in the credit reporting system, First PREMIER Bank
does not remove accurate information from a credit report. Charged-off accounts
remain on the credit report approximately seven years from the charge-off date,
even when settled. It is the responsibility of the consumer reporting agencies
to remove accounts at the correct time.
We also located a recent application in your name. On March 11, an
online application was received with your personal information. The application
was cancelled when we received your fraud notice on April 15. A request was
submitted to the consumer reporting agencies to delete the inquiry.
We hope you can understand our commitment to fair and accurate credit
reporting. If you have further questions or have new information you would like
us to review, please call Customer Service at ***** *********Sincerely,
Office of the President

I am rejecting this response because:
I have a active EEOC for discrimination and wrongful termination that is inaccurate and misleading but I provided it only because that’s what I had and it’s involuntary if you needed to see my EEOC..I don’t see no 3 charges refunded back to help my card it’s saying past due only.So your hidden fees, interest fees, credit protection are very misleading just for the company to make more money off the consumers.Termination is a termination that means no employment have some empathy to the consumers.

RE: First PREMIER Bank credit card accounts ending in **** and ****
Dear ********
This is in response to your complaint regarding PREMIER Credit
Protection (PCP).
The account ending in **** was
enrolled in PCP at the time of application on January 26, 2024. You submitted a
claim for Involuntary Unemployment March 26, a courtesy payment of $56.00 was
made, and a benefit activation form was sent to the same address on this
complaint for you to fill out and return. We sent another form when we spoke to
you on April 19.
The account ending in **** was
enrolled in PCP at the time of application on February 24, 2025. You submitted
a claim for involuntary unemployment March 26 with an event date of March 19,
and it was denied because the account has not been enrolled in PCP for 30
days.
On April 28, we received the completed benefit activation form for
both accounts. The claim was denied because the documentation provided
indicated you were terminated for misconduct, which is excluded from
Involuntary Unemployment benefits.
The PCP Contract indicates you should continue to make your monthly
payments until your claim is approved and activated. You remain obligated to
pay any amount not covered. To have your account reviewed for any new claims,
please contact Customer Service at ***** *********
We report the details of your account monthly on the statement date.
Accurate information is neither changed nor removed.
As a courtesy, we credited three monthly fees on each account. We hope
this adjustment is helpful. If you have more questions regarding your PCP
benefits, please call Customer Service.Sincerely,
Office of the President

RE:
First PREMIER Bank credit card account ending in ****
Dear
**********
You expressed concern with
credit reporting.
In our response to you on
April 29 through the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, we provided you with
the following information.
We confirmed we are
accurately reporting to the consumer reporting agencies, including the late
payments, charged-off balance, and disputed by consumer.
This account was
opened in June 2018 and became delinquent in January 2019. The balance and
delinquency continued to increase until the account charged off in June 2019
with a balance of $560.20, which remains today. Charged-off accounts can report
monthly until paid in full and remain on the credit report approximately seven
years from the charge-off date.
Accurate information is
neither changed nor removed early, and it’s the responsibility of the consumer
reporting agencies to remove accounts at the correct time.
Several disputes have been
received through the consumer reporting agencies. After a thorough review, we
responded directly to them.
If you have any questions,
please contact Customer Service at *************

I am rejecting this response because: How can you say you have no contract as it was just received online. The reason why you've gotten so many fraud claims is because you simply reject it and offer no recourse. My data was compromised in the credit bureau data breach and you refuse to accept that justification.
Sincerely,
****** ***** state charged off account repeatedly through March 2025, Experian states unpaid balance charged off but with no CO in the payment history and Equifax has no remarks.
I also have no knowledge of account nor did I open said account listed in my direct dispute and ask that it officially be removed from my consumer reports specifically Transunion, Experian, and Equifax as it in no way was opened/approved/taken out by me.
Under the provisions of FCRA 623(a)(8)(E), you have the duty to review all of the information in this notice of dispute, to complete your investigation, within 30-days of my notice of dispute. In addition, I humbly request that you provide me with complete transaction and payment history, a copy of any and all signed contracts or agreements proving ownership of account, and total outstanding balance you believe that I owe. Thank-you.
Sincerely,

RE: First PREMIER Bank credit card account ending in ****
Dear *******
This is in response to your complaint regarding identity theft and
request for validation of debt.
Our Security Team has investigated your fraud claim multiple times
since January 2024, most recently on April 25, 2025. You were found liable each
time. If it is still your claim this is not your account and you have new
information for us to review, please send it to:
First PREMIER Bank
Attn: Security Department
** *** ****
Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5524
Debt validation is only
required of debt collectors. First PREMIER Bank is the original creditor, not a
debt collector. The application was received online, and there is no signed
contract available.
This account was opened in May 2023. Please be assured a verification
process is followed on each application we receive. We received one payment and
determined the debt was unlikely to be collected, so it charged off in December
2023 with a balance of $600.02, which remains today. A charged-off account can
report monthly in the payment history until it’s paid in full.
We report the same information to each consumer reporting agency; it
is normal to see slight differences in how they reflect the reported
information. While the consumer reporting agencies may reflect a date of last
activity, it is not something we directly report. Here are some details we are
reporting:
Open Date: 05/02/2023
Last Payment Date: 06/06/2023
Closed Date: 12/10/2023
Current Balance $600.00
Charged-off accounts stay on the credit report approximately seven
years from the charge off date. Accurate information is neither changed nor
removed early, and it’s the consumer reporting agencies responsibility to
remove accounts at the correct time.
If we haven’t addressed all your concerns, please call Customer
Service at *************
