    Do not use this company if you value your sanity. Extremely poor communication and follow through. Had to spend nearly 9 hours to assist removing a door frame to get an item out of a building. Not the mention the fact that we were told a forklift would work to remove, only for the day before be told we needed a telehandler. Purchased a van weeks ago and still have not received the title. Temporary tags expired so we now have a useless vehicle we can not use without the title. Multiple correspondence sent with no response whatsoever. Wondering if we ever will get the title or will have to find a work around with the state to acquire the title as McPherson has gone radio silent. Never experience such poor customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

    McPherson runs the auction at Kool Deadwood Nights. I bid and won a car on August 24th and still hadn't received the Title on the car on October 11!! I called their office number and was transferred to one of the principle owners who assured me he would get back to the office and it would be sent out "tomorrow". A week and a half later, no title. Called back to the office again (transferred--they have no office staff, apparently) and the next guy immediately assured me he "would research it and have it in the mail tomorrow" all while trying to make every excuse possible (the mail, FedEx, Holidays, etc.). Problem is when you buy the car, they don't issue Sellers Permits so if you want to drive the vehicle you have to get a Temp Permit (on YOUR dime!) but that is only good for a max of 15 days. These people are interested only in taking your money, they have almost NO support staff, it seems, so it takes weeks to get your paperwork. And if you call to get some closure, YOU are the "asshole" (their word). Frustrating experience due to arrogant, greedy, uncaring business owners!
