    They did not do their due diligence and make sure the billing agency had contacted the correct responsible parties and obtain denials of payment.

    The consumer in this case failed to provide the correct insurance information to submit claims. Our client bills insurance as a courtesy, it is still the consumers responsibility to provide the correct insurance information.

    Most unprofessional people to deal with supervisors and call takers they try to bully you around and demand information that you do not have to disclose people know your rights befor talking to these scam artists

    We are required to properly identify consumers prior to discussion of a debt. We don't demand this information but we are cautious as what is discussed until we are comfortable knowing we have the right party. Since this review is by E Boyz at an e-mail address we do not have on file, it is difficult to review your exact situation. I would recommend contacting a manager if you would like to discuss this further.

    Express collections called my job and told them who they were and left a number and name to reach them. This is a violation of my rights. They should have just left and name and number and not disclosed my personal business to my employer. This is not professional at all. If any future contact is made it needs to be by mail or personal calls and not to my employer

    A debt collection agency is allowed to communicate with a consumer at their place of employment. They may also leave a message if the employee is not available. In most cases, the representative will only leave their name and number, however, if they are asked what company they are calling from, they must identify the agency name. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a supervisor with our company and we would be glad to address this issue.
