      This company sold me a list of broker factoring company benefits they offered, an after signing up with them, 85% of the promised benefits provided were not available, they also never gave me login credentials to go over the platform, to learn and navigate through the site. Only gave me my credentials when I asked to cancel my contract as they did not meet the obligations that were discussed. The login credentials do not even work, says no account found. Been almost 2 months, still have not been able to use there services. Now want to charge me a $500 termination fee for wanting to cancel the contract. I shouldn't have to pay fees if they are not even working with me, only would message an call constantly to get me to sign, now that I have signed nothing but crickets, an now want me to pay $500 to be released. Bunch of misleading information to get you signed up. Very u professional company. Would not recommend, will mis lead you and take your money. Before signing no policy's were discussed about login access, now that I signed up, all these policy's in place where I can't ha e login access until my first customer. How can I do credit checks on custmers without login credentials.
