    This company SUCKS....they sent out a guy with 3 months experience to find issues with my AC. The tech did not have a clue what he was doing. He was constantly on the (SPEAKER) phone with his boss....who was on paternity leave......REALLY....who told him to pack it u and go to his next call.....After he left, I noticed my hot water was now leaking. He pushed into the flue on my furnace, which pushed into the water supply line of the hot water heater, and in turn, caused the hot water heater to leak. He also left the flue of my furnace UNATTACHED to the furnace......ever heard of carbon monoxide poisoning? The AC panel was not reattached properly, multiple screws left out, etc, etc, etc....I have pictures of EVERYTHING.......steer clear of this company.

    We respect your comments, however many calls with you to correct any issues were met with resistance. We don't acknowledge the truth in some of the comments you made. We did not tell our tech to pack it up and leave. We couldn't move forward with resolution until your warranty company approved any work, which takes time on their end. Our tech has more than 3 months of experience, and did communicate with our lead tech because of the age and condition of your system to resolve it. Again, speaking with both owners to resolve any issues were made. We have many positive experiences that don't reflect this situation.
