"We bought a playset from this location they brought a damaged slide for setup not sure if it was damaged in transit or what the issue was either way it originally wasn’t a big deal, the guys that installed it said they’d get us a new one. Well here we are over a month later with no communication from their end so we finally decided to call, I had to repeatedly call over and over for someone to answer their phone, when I finally got a hold of someone we set a date for them to come replace the slide." ...
