    I encountered serious issues during my employment at Goodwill, located at 625 Main Ave, Brookings, SD. I faced relentless bullying due to my disability and background, with no action taken by management despite repeated reports. This violates federal and state anti-discrimination laws.

    The company employs individuals with criminal backgrounds without ensuring appropriate conduct. Donations are mishandled, and reporting these infractions led to retaliatory actions and my termination, breaching whistleblower protection laws.

    The internal environment contrasts starkly with Goodwill's publicly stated values and mission. The lack of accountability and support undermines employee welfare and community trust.

    Caution and thorough due diligence are advised for those considering employment or engagement with this Goodwill location.
