    Business gave us compete confidence they could resolve our basement and exterior issues. Basement issue was cracks with water seepage. They placed a scim coat of concrete over wall. It looks nice bud didn’t resolve the issue. They said that is just what they do and that our ground must hold a lot of water even though it was the driest summer in decades. Exterior issue was to add a vinyl brick veneer to foundation. I’m not sure that they have ever even done something like this before. Extremely rough cuts throughout.Looks like all cuts were done with a utility knife or pocket knife whatever was handy. Crew install by reading the instructions in product boxes. Trim and ledge were not butted up correctly. Trim weaves from an inch out to level with existing vinyl siding. Some corner cuts are 45 with a quarter to a half inch gaps. Some are square. Some are even just curved around the corner. Most very jagged cut. Nothing but one spot was caulked. They anchored a 3/4 inch board to foundation to screw the brick veneer to but now extends out past siding so rain can now run down siding and behind veneer to then be soaked up by the anchor board. There are some gaps up to a half inch so that you can see the wood anchor board. Once again nothing caulked. This is not a big house and veneer was only on basically two sides. They began in May and completed in September. FIVE months! All the while leaving their bobcat and trailer in the yard or stored in our shed. The price was fair if and only if they knew what they were doing and did a quality job and completed what they said they could accomplish in a timely manner. I believe they are charging by the going rate not by their ability. Owner and crew were pleasant to talk with. Lots of promises. I am writing this on behalf of my 90 year old mother who deserves better than this. I just wish I could put pictures on here. Most people I believe would laugh at the overall results then just feel bad for all the home owners using them.
