    11/19/24 had all of upper teeth pulled, replaced with upper plate.Also had "deep cleaning" on lower teeth. Questioned abt payment on multiple occasions, told insurance will pay for entire amount. I asked about cleaning,was told insurance will cover. I told them that if insurance doesn't cover entire amount ,couldn't have procedures done but was assure insurance cover. Temporary plate was issued while waiting on permanment plate, to my understanding. 12/5/24 went in for adjustment,told I had $801 balance!!!!! Frontdesk girl suggested I use this website to "help me pay my bill". I didn't do as she requested. Went back in on 12/16/24 to make $50 payment also to ask to be called before christmas if there was cancelation as that plate still need adjustments, she was very short with me,said they had no cancelations and wouldn't have, That treatment was bc they had already been paid so all of their politeness,concern,assistance was gone. Again given same website "to help me pay my bill". Again didnt use it. Went thru Thanksgiving,Christmas,New Years,bday without teeth, I cannt wear them due to still needing adjustments. Had apptmnt scheduled for 1/9/25, went in for adjustments but they refused to see me, I hadn't used website. They proceded to do it for me with me standing there. When asked what that was & how much was it going to cost "to help me pay my bill" they wouldnt answer me,so I did numbers, it would cost $168 above price of balance.Its finance co.!!!That is NOT helping me pay my bill. I refused for third time,they walked off, would not talk to me anymore,refused to see me. I told them that plate needs adjustment,they said if I didnt pay bill in full they wouldn't & didn't see me.Wouldn't accept $75 payment I was trying to make during all this. Their policy on payment never discussed, "insurance will pay for everything". Requesting audit of my account,believe I am being over charged & requesting needed adjustments to be performed. Thank you

    I have attached her signed treatment plans and account balance. She signed documents that insurance payment was just an estimate only. Any outstanding balance is her responsibility. We have delivered her denture. We have refused to see her for additional treatment until her past due balance is paid. We did get her approved for monthly payments, but she refused.
