    They never answer the phones. It doesn't matter if you want to make an app, talk to someone, refill meds or anything, you have to leave a number for them to call back. We have been leaving several messages for a day for the last 5 days and no one calls back. Our meds were supposed to be called to pharmacy 5 days ago. We get no call backs, I called today to start leaving messages to blow their line up with messages. I finally get a receptionist who only gives excuses about why meds not called in and you can't speak to the nurse because she's off. She told the NP and NP said she would handle it. Nope she didn't. Are all the nurses off? Are the doctor and nurses so busy they can't call the prescription in? We are ready to take our business elsewhere. This is not the first time this has happened. It's happened a few times where we have to just raise cain to get prescriptions caller in. It's my husband's dr and he will try but when I see this over several days I will step in to get answers. This is ridiculous to have to call for over 5 days or go in person to ask about your prescriptions that should have been called in.
