      Exterminator Jeff Dodson, inspected my home on 1/11/24 and convinced me I had water damage, mold, mildew, and water underneath my home, and that my water heater was rusty and was pouring water. Jeff proceeded to tell me he knew a guy who could fix all these problems and then he would come back and spray my house for a total of $2150 which also included $121 for 1st year of service. The person he called and came and said I needed all of the above including a French drain with a sump pump, piers needed to be replaced, along with a wet beam and crawlspace needed to e cleaned out. The final amount was $20,200. I paid ***** ******* of ******* ********** 10,200 which was 50% down. I decided to have *** Plumbing and a licensed Home Inspector to inspect my crawlspace and water heater. Water heater was fine, only 3 years old and the inspector stated the crawlspace is fine, no need for drain/sump pump, no water damage, no mold, mildew, everything was fine.
