    Cam is very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. From our first phone call I knew I was making the right choice. He answered all my questions and concerns. During and after the inspection if I had a question he took time to not only answer me but helped my to understand why some things happen and what to look for. I wish I could buy another home to hire him again.

    Pearl Property Inspection is the best home inspection service I have worked with in over 15 years of real estate investing in half a dozen states. Realtors that are genuinely interested in taking care of their clients' interests should be recommending this company to their clients. I was able to comfortably purchase my home in Georgia sight unseen because of the level of rigor the owner, Cam, provides in his inspection. He personally ensured that all relevant data was captured in a clear and concise manner for me along with high resolution photos (to include the use of a drone for the roof). He treated the inspection as if it was for his own purchase and went through the entire property in a very comprehensive manner. He is generous with his time and patient in the explanation of his findings. His subject matter expertise is impressive and it shows in his ability to breakdown complex systems in a very simplistic manner. He is also licensed (many inspectors I researched in Georgia are not) and not just carrying internet certifications. If this is your first purchase or your 100th, you should be hiring Cam to look out for you.
