    My Mother passed away 11-21-24 and I’m seeking her death certificates and still not able to receive them. The owner will not return any of my calls. My mother was transported from Sc to Virginia for burial and I’ve ask the funeral director in Virginia to reach out to Moseley funeral service and more of the same the owner will not return any calls.
    I need to close out my Mother’s accounts and without the death certificates I’m on able to do so.
    The director of this funeral home should be ashamed! at the very least return my calls.

    I tried for 6 months to arrange a cremation service with Mosley's. It never happened. Towards the end of the time Mr. Mosley would not return my test messages. Bad experience with Mosley's....

    The grave marker for Barbara H***** has not been placed on her grave since her internment in May 2022. I have contacted funeral director Greg M****** multiple times and even requested cancellation of the order and a refund. On January 14th he responded,”I’ve been going in circles on the Chinese company I used to get them from and either way will make out to refund Tuesday hopefully once I get a confirmation I’m sorry for delay.” His latest response on March 15th was “Ok give me time I’ll research.” This issue has caused my family diress especially since my mother passed away due to COVID.
