      This is the second time I have had windows replaced by Window Depot. Half of them the first time and the remainder the second time. A total of 17 windows. I was very pleased with the installation and quality of the windows. I specifically asked for the same installer. Thank you Paul. You are an artist.

      Vince and his crew cleaned up well and showed us how to operate the new windows. The kids love the new ones open and are not drafty. Tim stopped by to follow up after our project was complete. It was a nice improvement to our home.

      It all started in Sept of 21. Took them until Dec to finally get material to install a walkin shower. Installer came out on Dec 26. What was to have taken 1-2 days took a week. The installer had no idea what he was supposed to do. I had to tell him. Once it was completed. I called the office the next day, the shower was not right. Standing water in the basin of the pan. Spoke with Eric and Daniel, both said it would be taken care of shortly. It was now March and they finally have the material to redo the shower. It was on back order due to the pandemic. The new installer came out end of March, put in the new shower but installed the grab bars too high for the resident of the home. I called day after installation about grab bars. Have been calling and emailing Eric and Daniel, keep getting the same response. We're just so busy. Will get to you asap. They sure don't hesitate to be on the mark before the sale. As soon as they get a signed contract and their money, YOU are a second thought. I would not recommend them to do anything. There is NO communication with this company. It is now July 2022 and still they have not corrected the error.
