    Jeff was the perfect fit for my job. He gave me a quote and shared input that led to a better solution than what I had planned. He provided an estimate and shared updates on the progress (he stayed in budget). He also stayed within the timeframe he quoted, which is almost as important as cost!! Highly recommend

    After moving here from Massachusetts we found a need to have our steep driveway repaired. We like to use local trades and were able to find JSB Grading in Travelers Rest. MJ at JSB was very knowledgeable about our problem and was quick to get us scheduled for an estimate of what we needed done. We were so relieved to only need to have a grading of our drive. Jeff was able to fit us in between his larger jobs within the next day or so. Our driveway was so smooth and no more ruts. He did tell us eventually putting in a pipe would end our problem completely. We were able to get 2 more years out of that grade. As luck would have it , we had a very rainy year, and he was right, we needed a permanent fix with the pipe. We called him back and he put the pipe in and graded us again. It's been 3 years and everything is just fine. His work is impeccable. His prices are fair and he can fit our little jobs into his busy schedule. What more could you want from a professional tradesman. Many thanks to MJ and Jeff B**** at JSB Grading. You won't be disappointed!

    JSB Grading brush cut our overgrown property and the result was beautiful. Besides doing quality work, what impressed us so much is how quickly MJ and Jeff responded to our request for an estimate. Following our approval of the estimate, the job was put on the schedule and completed quickly. We highly recommend JSB Grading as a top notch contractor!
